I bake A LOT of cakes each month, and many of them never make it into a class. So I thought I would pick three of my top recipes. Cakes that are small (then you can eat two and not feel guilty!) but they throw a punch when it comes to flavour!

We will be making Caramelized banana cakes, Black bottom chocolate cakes and a Zesty lemon tart in this three hour class.
