Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
All places must be paid for in full at the time of booking and you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
Confirmed bookings are not eligible for refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. If you can’t make a class, please give us as much notice as possible and we will try and re-sell your place. If we are able to sell your place to another customer we can then either reschedule your class or offer a full refund.
If you cannot attend a class you may send someone else in your place. Please let us know the name of the attendee in advance of the class.
If you are buying the class for someone else, please let us know their email for correspondence
The baking menus posted on our website may be subject to variations if ingredients are not available.
Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer to transfer to another class or issue a full refund
Please let us know if you have any food allergies. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for severe allergies as we use nuts and other allergens in our kitchen.
Bake with Maria has public liability insurance.

Please note our classes are adult classes, the minimum age for students in the classes is 15 years old unless stated otherwise.
When purchasing a gift voucher: following payment on our website, you will be sent an automated email confirmation and unique voucher code
If you would like a pdf version of the voucher please email maria@bakewithmaria.com after you’ve made the purchase and a pdf version will be emailed to you.
Gift vouchers are redeemed by either entering the unique voucher code at the checkout or emailing Bake with maria with the details of the class(es) of choice and stating your voucher number
Our general Booking Terms and Conditions will apply to all bookings made with a gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are not refundable in any circumstances but are transferable to another person
Please notify us of any change in the contact details provided as these will be used by Bake with Maria for all correspondence
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for money
