In this class you will learn to make choux pastry which we will use for some delicious Profiteroles filled with Chantilly cream and topped with chocolate sauce. Then I will teach you to make the best tasting Lemon & Poppy seed cake (that's a promise!) which will be a winner at any cake sale. Finally we will make some mini Orange & Chocolate Bundt cakes.
