2 hours @ £10

Every year I run a Culinary Holiday in Tuscany, but we had to cancel it last year as well as this May. BUT that is not going to stop us from having some fun making some delicious Italian dishes together. This class is for everyone who has been to Tuscany with me (reunion!), was planning to come this year (we will meet at Villa Boccella May 2022!) or anyone who just wants to have a nice evening virtually hanging with me and some wonderful food loving people.

We will spend a few hours together cooking some delicious food, chat, drink some wine and chat some more! I am hoping to see as many of you as possible, so unlike my other zoom classes this is not limited to 10 people. It’s an event giving us the chance to connect with people across the world and dream ourselves all the way to sunny Tuscany.

This is the menu for the evening (though I might make some small changes!):

• Caponata with Aubergine

• Pasta Gamberetti

• Raspberry Semifreddo

Make sure you have opened a bottle of wine before the class starts ;)
