In this virtual class you will learn to make Choux Pastry - it's not as hard as you might think! We'll make some chocolate Eclairs and then a delicious Victoria Sponge Cake with Chantilly Cream and Raspberry Jam.
Class is 2 hours long, via zoom. Numbers are limited so I get to connect with everyone. Can't wait to see you all!
