Zoom baking is back! And in this class I am going to teach you how to make rough puff pastry. With our pastry we will make a savoury galette as well as some cheese straws. Then I have picked one of my favourite cakes to share with you: Caramalised Banana Cake. It's delicious and hopefully it will become one of your favourite cakes as well. Class is 2 hours long, via zoom. Numbers are limited so I get to connect with everyone. Can't wait to see you all!
