This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to get into bread baking. We will be working with yeast and make a country loaf, a flavoured plaited loaf and some bread rolls. Then we will make a soda bread with feta and olives and finally a light and fluffy Italian Focaccia. You will leave this class with a BIG bag of breads.
