I have had A LOT of requests for Cardamom buns, so here we go! Being Danish it seems like a pretty obvious choice to do a Scandinavian Baking class. Baking and teaching my students some of the favourite treats I grew up eating is a pretty perfect class in my eyes! We will knead the soft enriched dough for the buns, flavour the dough with cardamom and fill them with a cinnamon butter remonce. I will show you a few different ways of shaping these buns, it looks harder than it is! Finally once we bake, we will glaze them with a syrup. In addition to the buns we will make traditional butter cookies (wayyyy better than the ones in the blue tin!) as well as a super yummy Almond & Coconut cake, which we will finish with a chocolate drizzle.

You will take home a small, sweet piece of Scandinavia from this class.
