In this class I have gathered my favourite Italian bakes! We are going to get sticky hands making ciabatta, then moving on to pizza which we will bake in my new Ooni pizza oven (but you can totally do this at home in your domestic ovens, I'll give you a few tips on how to do that!). We are then going to make a scrumptious Vanilla Pannacotta served with a berry compote and some crunchy almond Cantuccini - Buon Appetito!
