In this class we will focus on all the delicious fruits and flavours of summer. We will make a Rhubarb and Frangipane tart, then a Raspberry & Lime cake and finally a light and zesty Lemon Posset. You will leave my kitchen armed with desserts for a perfect summer dinner party!
