It might be sunny outside but we still need cake!!

In this class we will focus on all the delicious fruits and flavours of summer. You’ll learn how to make some sweet pastry - one of my favourite recipes :) We are also going to make a light a flavourful cake and finally we will make a crowd pleasing dessert.

In this class we are going to bake:

• A Rhubarb and Frangipane tart

• A Raspberry & Lime cake

• A Zesty Lemon Posset.

  You will leave my kitchen armed with desserts for a perfect summer dinner party!
