There has been a lot of requests for Doughnuts and who am I to say no to that! So here we go, let’s make some doughnuts together. I will teach you how to make a delicious enriched dough, perfect for frying! We are going to fill the doughnuts with yummy vanilla cream and if we are feeling adventurous we might even fill some with strawberry jam!

This class is all about morning treats, so we are also going to make some brioche (chocolate can easily be added in here!) and finally my all time favourites: Blueberry muffins.

In this class we are going to bake:

• Doughnuts with vanilla custard

• Chocolate Brioche

• Blueberry muffins with a streusel topping
