This is for everyone who has a soft spot for American cakes. We will make the classic - and much loved - Red Velvet Cupcake. Then a scrumptious Apple Cake with a crumble topping. Finally we will make my favourite Chocolate Chip cookies, which I bake weekly and they are always a massive hit!.
