This is for everyone who has a soft spot for American cakes. So many amazing cakes originates from the US and in this class I have picked out three of my favourite american treats. If you have ever been to one of my classes you will most likely have tasted my chocolate chip cookies. This is a recipe I have worked on for a few years, and I’ve been told not to tinker with it any more!

Being married to an American I am fortunate enough to host Thanksgiving every year. We spend it with some of our best friends - who isn’t American but count this as one of their favourite holidays of the year! Every year I make a pecan bar. Similar to a pecan pie, but you can get away with eating it all year round ;)

No American baking class would be complete without Red Velvet Cupcakes. So of course we will bake these as well during this class. I like these cupcakes, not because they are red - though that is pretty - but because of the frosting. Cream cheese frosting beats buttercream in my baking world.

So to sum up, during this class we will bake:
