In this class I will teach you how to make Sourdough Bread from scratch. I will teach you how to build, maintain and bake with your own natural sourdough starter. During this class we will make: a White Sourdough Bread, 100% Rye Bread with Fig & Fennel and finally a family favourite: Pain Rustic. We will have time for a light home made lunch and you will take home both a rye and a wheat starter so you can keep baking Sourdough breads at home. WEST HAMPSTEAD KITCHEN
