I love “seasonal baking” - bring on the hot cross buns for Easter (and only Easter please).

In this class we are going to get into the “Easter Spirit”. Not only will we make some delicious treats, but this class actually covers both bread baking, cake baking and pastry making! All three things in one butter filled class! The hot cross buns are made using an enriched dough and we are going to add some dried fruits. If raisins aren’t your thing, you can definitely leave them out, buns will still be super tasty.

Next up is a delicious Chocolate cake layered with chocolate buttercream and decorated with mini Easter eggs. You could even pop this cake in the freezer after our class and take it out for your Easter lunch dessert if you wanted to.

Finally we are making some yummy lemon and vanilla cookies. The kind of cookie where you just can’t stop after one.
