With Easter coming up I thought this would be a good time to host a Chocolate class. Not that we need an excuse for making chocolates! There are many wonderful things you could say about homemade chocolates, and in addition to all these things you can now serve YOUR own homemade chocolates to friends and family over the Easter holiday!
This class is all about chocolate. I will teach you how to temper chocolate, including the tips and tricks on how to get the shine and “crack” that characterises a perfectly tempered chocolate. We will then use the tempered chocolate to make beautiful and tasty treats. We are also going to make a delicious praline ganache for our truffles.

Princess Clusters
Chocolate Bark
Truffles
Orangettes
Everything will be beautifully wrapped up for you to take home and share - or maybe eat by yourself ;)
