This class is perfect for anyone who fancies small, beautiful and TASTY French treats! Macarons are here to stay, and if you haven’t already mastered making them, then it’s time for you to join this class! Macarons are notoriously tricky (and notoriously delicious!) and in this class I will teach you the recipe that I have been using for the past 10+ years to get the best macarons every time. I will pass on all the tips and tricks to get the shiny surface and the little “feet” that are characteristic for this sweet treat. We will also cover other pastry skills in this class such as how to make a delicious ganache that never splits and the secret weapon in my sweet kitchen: the brown butter. 


In this class we will bake:

  • Macarons filled with a white chocolate & Passion fruit ganache

  • Madeleines flavoured with vanilla & Lemon

  • Pistachio & Raspberry financiers


You will leave the class ready to host an afternoon tea that is sure to impress friends & family alike. Or you can eat it all yourself and not share a single bite…
