This class is all about pastry! So many people enter my kitchen with a fear of pastry. But fear not! Together we will tackle pastry and you will leave this class feeling confident that you are able to create tasty pastry treats at home. We are going to make both sweet pastry as well as choux pastry. We are also going to get busy with creams and fillings, its is going to be a pastry feast!

In this class we are going to bake:

• Eclairs filled with a Praline & Chocolate Cream

• French fruit tarts with creme patissiere

• Frangipane tarts topped with raspberries and pistachios

You will leave this class with new skills, fool proof recipes and boxes of pastries for friends and family
