In this class we are going to have some fun with a little bit of sugar ;) We are going to make some beautiful tarts - one type filled with raspberry and topped with a pistachio fangipane. The other tarts filled with a dark chocolate ganache. We are then going to make some confectionery: Sea salt caramel & chocolate truffles and finally some candied almonds.
