Savoury Baking: Bread, Pastry & Crackers

I've come to realise that not everyone has a mouth full of sweet teeth! So in response to some customer demands I am launching a class focusing on savoury goods. Still Delicious! but we'll leave the sugar in the cupboard for this one. We are going to make a Country Loaf Bread using a preferment and potatoes for flavour and texture. Then we will make some flaky pastry for our galette which is topped with seasonal greens and cheese. Finally we are going to make some moorish crackers with seeds.
