In this virtual class we are going to get into the Christmas Spirit! We are going to make a delicious Stollen with dried fruit and marcipan (Extra points if you manage to source Danish Marcipan ;) ) Then we are going to make mince pies with buttery pastry and topped with frangipane. If mince meat is not your thing, don't worry I'll suggest some festive alternatives!

Class is 2 hours long, via zoom. Numbers are limited so I get to connect with everyone. Can't wait to see you all!
