In this virtual class you will learn to make the perfect sweet pastry! with our pastry we will make two types of delicious tarts: Pear & Frangipane tart (using browned butter!) and a chocolate ganache tart that will be the winner at any dinner party. Class is 2 hours long, via zoom. Numbers are limited so I get to connect with everyone. Can't wait to see you all!
