I personally eat bread multiple times a day and in this class I have gathered some of the family favourites. In this class we will cover different types of dough as well as the benefit of using a preferment in your bread baking. The preferment is used in the baguette dough and we are going to spend a bit of time kneading this sticky dough into a smooth stretchy dough. I will also teach you how to make a chewy bagel - just need to add the cream cheese and smoked salmon and you’ve got the perfect start to a Saturday. Sometimes we don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen kneading dough, so for these times I have a great recipe that is so easy to put together but so delicious to eat that you don’t have to tell anyone about this little shortcut secret!.


In this class we will bake:

  • French Baguette

  • Bagels

  • Overnight buns


You will leave this class with lots of breads and the skills to work with various types of doughs.
