If you have never done any cake baking before or you just want to brush up on some old time favourites, then this is the class for you. I will teach you 3 different cake techniques and we are going to play around with flavours and how to enhance them in our baked goods.

In this class we will bake:

  • Victoria sponge with jam and Chantilly cream

  • Almond Financiers with Berries

  • Chocolate & Pecan Brownie

These are recipes that I have on a regular rotation in my kitchen and they are always crowd pleasers.
