Sometimes it can be hard to choose between a cake or a pastry class. So in this class we will do a bit of both! I will teach you how to make the perfect Choux Pastry - probably one of my favourite things to make! We will use the Choux to make profiteroles, so you will get a good chance at practising your piping skills. But fear not, if you haven’t piped anything before, choux is the best place to start. We will make two cakes during this class - a traditional loaf cake which is ever so light and soft, as well as some very cute mini bundt cakes. The mini bundt cakes will be orange flavoured, and I have a real cake trick to teach you here….something you would never have thought about!

In this class we will bake:

  • Profiteroles filled with Chantilly cream and topped with a chocolate sauce

  • Lemon & Poppyseed cake with a glaze

  • Orange & Chocolate mini bundt cakes

You will leave this class with some new (piping) skills, confidence and tricks that will improve your sweet baking at home.
